Doughnuts and more!

This is back in January when Chad came and visited. We had a great time playing sports and watching movies and playing games.
This was a game night we had with Chad, the Martins and Antonio
This is Jaime, a guy I work with trying on some funny glasses at the mall.
 Snow ribbon, cool I know.
This is what Snuggles does all day, zzzzzzzzz
We ate at Big Jud's it is in Archer, Idaho which is like 15 minutes away. It is now my favorite burger place because they have good burgers and they give you a ton of fries for cheap. I had a jalapeno burger. I have been putting jalapenos on everything lately.
Ethan trying on my glasses when he visited.
We made doughnuts at Paradise Doughnuts where our friend Antonio works. It was nice of him to let us come and make doughnuts with him.
This is the glaze. They poor water on top so the doughnut crumbs float to the top. You take the water off before glazing.
This is the oil where the doughnuts fry
Each type of doughnut needs water at a specific level to cook right. We had a thermometer to test the water temperature. Old fashioned doughnuts needed to be at 70 degrees and blueberry cake doughnuts needed the water to be at 95 degrees, I think.
This is the place where the doughnut mix is mixed.
This is our friend Allison mixing up the glaze.

Chris is acting like he is eating a piece of lard... haha

Chris, Allison and Antonio eating some doughnuts.
This is Antonio using the doughnut dropper to drop the doughnuts in the oil. It was so cool!
My lovely wife scooping out doughnut mix.
Emily had a great time making doughnuts and being beautiful:)
To glaze the doughnuts you just poor glaze on top and the glaze drips off back in to the place where the glaze goes.
 We love doughnuts!
 Isn't that an awesome face?
