Hiking and more hiking... I think we are addicted

Gabe tried on my googles and looks like a cool dude.

We went on a hike to Squaw peak. It was rainy the whole way up. Gabe was kept dry from the rain because of his awesome backpack.

That is all sweat... haha. Actually on Emily it  is all sweat but on me it is a mix between rain and sweat.

The clouds made the mountains look even more pretty. It looks like a scene straight out of the Lord of the Rings

Here is my hiker wife! She hadn't really done much hiking before she met me. I have converted her into a super hiker. Now I can barely keep up with her!

We did another hike up Mount Baldy. It is a smaller mountain in front of Mount Timpanogos. It was a lot steeper than Squaw peak. It was really challenging. We didn't like finding some snakes on the way down.

Mount Baldy Summit! Emily changed Gabe's diaper on the top (without wipes) and didn't even get poop everywhere. She is so skilled.

We made it back! Everyone on the trail were surprised that we took our kid to the top!

End of May Beginning of June Post and Traverse Mountain

 Emily and Gabe went to This is the Place: Heritage Park and had some fun while I was at school.

 Emily and Gabe also went to Temple Square while I was at school. Gabe loves apples!

 We hiked up Traverse mountain. It was a 3.2 mile hike and not too hard. It had a beautiful view from the top!

 We slept in our Van while visiting Emily's Grandma and some of her aunts and uncles. It was tight but fun.

 Cory won the Teton Dam Marathon in his age group and Chad came in third place in his age group for the half-marathon! They are awesome.

My Mom and Dad also were very studdly and ran the marathon too! We are proud of them!
